When it comes to web design and development, it’s pretty important to work with an agency that knows how to get things done. We have a systematic process that allows us to work with you and your needs, we also create an atmosphere that empowers you to participate in the process. We’re working together on this project, It’s a collaboration, and not a one mans show. Please read our web design and development process below to learn more about the steps involved in bringing your website to life.
Our Process
Strategy & Planning
Phase One
At First
We have to know it all! Part of our process involves completing a discovery questionnaire, asking a lot of questions about your business or organization, telling us about you needs, sites you had and more. Then we’ll schedule a call so we can talk over everything you’ve submit.
Phase Two
Design
Using the info you provided during our discovery and on-boarding process, υou’ll get a style guide of color, typography and device responsiveness provided along with a full-page initial concept of the home page for your review. This is a collaboration, so we want to hear what you think and have your feedback during the entire process.
Phase Three
Develop
Once you’ve agreed on our design, it’s time to build! We’ll take your completed concept and turn it into a working website. Once completed, we’ll provide you with a URL for previewing your new site. This gives you the opportunity to test it on all your devices, and make sure you ‘ll like the images and the content layout which we provide.
Phase Four
Content
A website isn’t complete until every page has content. We hope that you’ve been working hard during phases 1-3 and have your part of our content ready for phase 4. Your customers will come to your website for a reason, so we want to be sure we ‘ve answered all of their questions! Content is crucial to every website.
We’ll take your content and lay it out on each page so that it looks great and is easy to read.
Phase Five
Launch
Time for launch! That means you’ve tested, approved, and are ready to make your site live. We’ll do all the technical work in this process.
(We’ll make sure Google knows where it is too.)

This is our process for a basic site design and development. If you’ve signed on for any of our other services, such as logo design, SEO, or copywriting, these will be implemented during different phases based on your needs.
