Our Process

Strategy & Planning

Phase One

At First

You have to tell us all the details about your business. Part of our process involves completing a discovery questionnaire, asking a lot of questions about your business or organization, telling us about you needs, sites you had and more. Then we’ll schedule a call so we can talk over everything you’ve submit. And put things in order.

Phase Two

Design 

Using the information you provided during our discovery and on-boarding process, you’ll get a style guide of color, typography and device responsiveness sample, provided along with a full-page initial concept of the home page and products layouts for your review. This is a collaboration, so we want to hear what you think and have your feedback during the entire design process.

Phase Three

Develop

Once you’ve signed off on your design, it’s time to build! We’ll take your concept and turn it into a working website. Once completed, we’ll provide you with a  URL for previewing your new site. This gives you the opportunity to test it on all your devices, and make sure you like the images and content layout.

Phase Four

Content 

A website isn’t complete until every page and product page has content. We hope that you’ve been working hard during phases 1-3 and have content ready for phase 4. Your future customers will come to your website for a reason, so we want to be sure you’ve answered all their questions! Content is crucial to every website. We can fulfill that process on your behalf and ensure that your website is on point.

Phase Five

Launch

Time for launch! That means you’ve tested, approved, to make your site live. We’ll do all the technical work in this process 

(We’ll make sure Google knows where it is too.)
